When enabling the imageblocker, it does not save the blocked sites on the first

restart (and on some occasions, not later)

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Start Mozilla, set preferences etc. Quit and edit prefs.js (add

imageblocker.enabled value)

2. Visited some pages, choose "Block Image from Loading" - check the Image

Manager dialog - yep, the site is on the list.

3. Restart Mozilla (working fine), and when I check the Image Manager again, the

blocked sites are gone. Does not work.

Actual Results: The sites I had chosen not to be allowed to show images had

disappeared from the list.

Expected Results: The sites in the block list should be remembered.
This is working fine for me. If you can give a detailed set of steps (include
the site you visit and the specific image that you click on to block) and give
some indication of what percent of times it fails (you said it fails sometimes),
I'll reinvestigate. But as things stand now, I can't fix anything because I
don't see anything broken.
