I want to give a url https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email&new_watchedusers=compiler@rhino.bugs+core@rhino.bugs+e4x@rhino.bugs to someone which would *suggest* adding watched users *without* whiping out their mail settings and *without* actually *commiting* the changes. i can give an enter_bug.cgi url which prefills fields, this should work the same. expected corollaries: passing &email-0-1=1 will cause the box to be checked and cause the grid cell's background or contents to change to indicate that checking it was suggested (possibly include a "*" in the field and tint the background) passing &email-0-1=0 will cause the box to be cleared and cause the grid cell's background or contents to change to indicate that clearing it was suggested (possibly include a "x" in the field and blacken the background)
