365276 - Would like to be able to keep original Assignee CC-ed when taking bug from attachment page

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add a patch to a bug, tick the "Take bug" checkbox.
2. Submit.
3. Find your original assignee bumped from the bug, meaning you have to change the bug again to add them to the cc field, meaning you could just as well have left the checkbox unchecked and taken + cc-ed in the second step. Meaning the checkbox becomes somewhat useless in some cases.

Expected:
A checkbox under the "Take bug" checkbox (greyed out until you check "Take bug") to CC the original assignee (it should probably list that assignee as well, so you know what you're doing (and so you don't CC [e-mail], for instance)).

I'm reopening this because in the scheme proposed by bug 61246, it's still possible your original assignee gets dropped off the bug (if he/she has their pref set to not CC them). On a normal bugpage, I get a choice in overriding that decision (ie, I can CC them anyway). I would still be unable to do that in the attachment page if bug 61246 is fixed.

Why does this bug even depend on the other one? As I already wrote, it doesn't get fixed if bug 61246 gets fixed, but it doesn't require that fix either. It's just a matter of a checkbox that CC's the original assignee if they aren't already.

The summary of bug 61246 is "Automatically add old owner to CC when owner changes." That handles your request. If you don't like the suggested implementation, then suggest another implementation, in that bug.
