We're almost to the point where everything is settled, so filing this as a placeholder to make the corrections to the "Licensing & Trademarks" block on cb.o.

Here's a first draft of changes to fix this bug.  I'm not completely happy with the text, but it might be good enough.  I split this block into 3 pghs because it looked better that way (3 smaller, equal-sized chunks vs. the one much longer chunk once I added the new text bits) and mirrored the 3-pgh block above it.

I'm okay with this change, but is there a reason why you omitted an (r) from Camino in the second paragraph? Otherwise, r=me, though you didn't request review.

When we did this originally, we were trying to figure out the best way to do "first or most prominent mention" as required without shoving "random" ®s into the body text.  By virtue of that and then using ® when enumerating the actual trademarks, both Camino mentions had it.

...But now I've added that new one. I don't care either way; it seems weird to have one bit where every mention of Camino is ®ed and then the rest of the page is no-®, but I can also see how it's weird to have 2 mentions ®ed and 1 not in the same little bit.

I didn't ask for review because I expected there to be more dissent over my changes ;)
