I do not allow any popup window in my options settings. One time vonage was listed as an allowed site (but not by me). I removed the vonage site, but it still seems to make it past and pops up a window. I HATE VONAGE! Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3. VONGAGE STILL STINKS
