The textarea that's used by "Edit attachment as comment" uses "width: 100%" in the inline style. That means that it's just whatever space is left over from the flag dropdowns and textfields (in the common case of me reviewing a patch). Over here, with my browser window at about 1200px wide, that textarea ends up about 300px wide. It used to be bad (bad enough that I had a bookmarklet to change the width) with the previous Bugzilla version mozilla.org had, but it's a _lot_ worse now. Is there a reason the width doesn't automatically resize to something large (like cols="80" at least?) when the textarea is focused? Or just isn't large to start with? I'd have expected the same pref that controls the comment textareas in bug pages to control this at the very least.
