I just switched to Firefox 2 and I'm am used this¹ extension, which seems not portable to Firefox 2 due to API changes, according² to its author.
From a plain user POV this is a functionality regression. It was absolutely nice to keep values for some form elements of some sites (e.g. bugzilla) while (almost) everything else was cleaned at the end of the session.
For me this is a functionality regression. I rememeber with FF 1.0.x I had a freaking form history of about >16.000 values - and having to clean out the whole history is not nice, either.
