Afrikaans localisation for Firefox 2.0 has been checked in and tested. This bug is just to have a seperate bug to track the progress for the af locale and to make sure we block the 2.0.0.2 release as Axel suggested.

This patch looks good, but we had some trouble with putting patches into shipping bugs, could you move that patch into a separate bug and make that block this one? And of course, request approval1.8.1.2.

We've had some very important feedback and were able to fix a quite
serious encoding issue found in 2.0.0.3.  These are fixed in the tree so
will be in 2.0.0.4.

We feel confident that we've ironed out the serious issues and that
terminology related issues and any deeper issues will only be teased out
now with wider usage.

af locale 2004 rc2 on Windows Vista passed the smoketest - no blocker found -
results in litmus. Linux tests is running and looks also good.
