blank menu item under File menu in places, should be "Properties...", but should be under the edit menu

discussing this with asaf today.

after he lands #365538, asaf things we'll have two of these menu items.  edit is where it was for fx 2.0, so we'll just remove the extra one from file.

I can't figure out why ben put it under the file menu, even after reading how it ended up there, see https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=329269#c5 (and comment 6)

but from http://wiki.mozilla.org/Places:User_Interface#Menus, and firefox 2.0, it looks like it should be under edit.

Bug 451915 - move Firefox/Places bugs to Firefox/Bookmarks and History. Remove all bugspam from this move by filtering for the string "places-to-b-and-h".

In Thunderbird 3.0b, you do that as follows:
Tools | Message Filters
Make sure the correct account is selected. Click "New"
Conditions: Body   contains   places-to-b-and-h
Change the action to "Delete Message".
Select "Manually Run" from the dropdown at the top.
Click OK.

Select the filter in the list, make sure "Inbox" is selected at the bottom, and click "Run Now". This should delete all the bugspam. You can then delete the filter.
