3Pane and Address Book splitters don't collapse

The Splitter between the mailnews 3Pane threadpane and messagepane, as well as
the splitter between the address book cardpane and results pane no longer
collapse when you click on them. These used to work and I'm pretty sure that we
havent' changed anything in our xul. Could you take a look at the xul files and
let me know if there's something that we are doing incorrectly or if there's
something in the splitter widget that needs to be fixed.
