366569 - Mail&Newsgroups didnt open by clicking on the quick launch symbol

While having opened VLC Media Player, OpenOffice Writer and ICQ I tried to open the MailProgram by right-clicking on the Quick Launch Symbol and choosing Mail&Newsgroups -> It didnt open.
When opening the Navigator (without changing anything else) and choosing the Mail&Newsgroup symbol in the bar on the bottom - it opened and worked fine.

I can't imagine my computer system to be responsible for it because it has to be good enough to perform all that programs/actions together and always worked fine so far.

I think this is the same issue as bug 368418.
