Firefox shows "Invalid URL" while navigating to an IDNA url from other applications. Such as in Google Talk when i click on http://www.azər.net
or i use Start>RUn and type firefox http://www.azər.net it fails
while typing same URL in location bar gives expected result

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Start>Run
2. type firefox http://www.azər.net end click OK
Actual Results:  
Firefox unable to load URL

Expected Results:  
It should load url in punicode conversion
