Camino Version 2007011222 (1.1a2+)/ file print/only prints first page of many, but calls it "1 of 1";  HP Business Inkjet 2300. This has been so for many weeks as well newest nightly "Minefield" has failed so in the same way;
I must go to IE5 to print any webpage, Opera 9 also works fine.

I much prefer Camino.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. file print
2. print
3. only prints first page of many,  of webpage, but calls it "1 of 1";  HP Business Inkjet 2300.


Expected Results:  
Print should faultlessly print all pages, as do IE and Opeera 9

Can you please tell us what page this happens on?  I'm sure this is a dupe of one of the various printing bugs.
