We need to make the following updates to http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/about/contact.html

1. Add office location information for Mozilla Japan and Mozilla Europe
2. Add anchors to address info for Mountain View, Japan and Europe as these are called by links on http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/about/
3. Make "press announcements mailing list" a link to sign up for the press mailing list.

For item 1, below the entry for Mountain View, please add:

Regional offices are located in Tokyo, Japan and Paris, France.

I've updated this page as requested (not pushed to production yet). Paul, can you review?

I wondered if we should replace the "Pinpoint our location with Google Maps, or see a satellite image to find “Building K”." sentence with the "Map | Satellite" link format under the address to match the Japan/Europe style?
