Support migration of "Favorite Folders" from Outlook/OE

Details
During testing of the favorite folders feature, it occurred to me that this might be helpful since Outlook/OE has this same feature. Any way that we can try to identify fav folders in Outlook during migration/import preferences, and then bring them over to Tbird?
