I see this on linux commercial build for today (04/21) Visiting this page changes the lock icon to "locked" state but does not show the red striked out line whick it should when on a page with mixed content.
This is part of a larger bug 31344 and 35864 *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 31344 ***
