modify command keys in windows registry on update (in separate .exe with elevated privileges)

in addition to the registry keys in bug #354226, I need to also update some of the command keys.

as for what to update, robert has some specific keys that he needs updated. I'll follow up with him.

I followed up with robert, and it's more than just the command keys.

for vista, the updater.exe code needs to update the registry similar to what robert's patch in bug #354005 does.

i'll enumerate what needs to be done, but make the fix part of bug #354226

thanks to robert for taking the time to elaborate the issue.

Marking this blocking+ to make sure we fix it for the next release.

Seth: Just make sure to mark this fixed when we land bug #354226. Thanks!

actually, this is now WONTFIX.

we've got a simpler approach, see bug #354226 comment #41.

this work is being done, but it will be done by the uninstaller, which we'll be launching from nsPostUpdateWin.js (via WinLaunchChild(), so that it can have elevated privs.)
