Details

We should download ics files to a local file before we do anything with it. Advantages: - read-only offline support - needed for full offline support - allowing other apps to read our data (one day, we should also download non-ics calendars, but that's a different bug and much harder to do) (If you think this is a dub of another bug, make sure that the other bug has the same small scope as this one, and doesn't add syncing or other types of calendars into the mix)
