Steps to Reproduce:
1. wget http://www.mozilla-enigmail.org/downloads/src/enigmail-0.94.2.tar.gz
2. tar -xf enigmail-0.94.2.tar.gz
3. ls enigmail/ipc/
ls: enigmail/ipc/: No such file or directory
Actual Results:  
Cannot build firefox, thunderbird, or seamonkey with enigmail

Expected Results:  
The tarball should have all the appropriate files from CVS

Enigmail is not maintained by Mozilla.  IPC for Enigmail is provided by Enigmail
