Details
Currently, the "probably legitimate content" page count at Special:Statistics is 18,446,744,073,709,551,054 pages. I very much doubt that this is correct. ;-)
So... I started digging around, and I found a way to fix it.
Basically, in the maintenance/ directory, there is an .sql file called "recount.sql". Run it on wiki.mozilla.org's mysql database. Voila!
"recount.sql" updates the good page count and sets the other counts to "-1". "-1" is a special number to MediaWiki, and it will notice this number and will update those other counts appropriately.

Done. The new stats still look fishy, but certainly less so that before.
