Bad:The looks of the scrollbar got buggy.

Reproducible: Didn't try
Steps to Reproduce:
1.try to download the homepage I gave with a _slow_ connection
2.first you get only the half of the page (that is ok) and exactly when the
Mozilla wants to show you the whole page click on the scrollbar (not on the
moving part) and then the scrollbar gets buggy.

Actual Results:  When you try to download this page, first you only get the part
of it and this time the moving part of the scrollbar is big. As the whole page
got downloaded, you can see the whole page and the moving part of the scrollbar
becomes smaller. But exactly when the moving part of scrollbar changes I clicked
on the scrollbar (not on the moving part) and it made the scrollbar look buggy.
The moving part of the old scrollbar didn't got cleared. So the new smaller
moving part was on the top of the old bigger moving part.

Expected Results:  The Mozilla should have cleared the moving part of the
previous scrollbar.

I know this bug must happen rarely, but in my opinion it worths to fix it since
everyone use the scrollbar a lot.
