367752 - dropping multiple URLs onto the home toolbar button should use all URLs and set a home tab group

Bug 298037 allows the home page to be set via dropping a URL onto the Home toolbar button.  Currently, if more than one URL is contained in the dragging session's pasteboard, only the first URL will be set as the home page and the remainder will be discarded.

Bug 189930 will introduce support to allow a tab group to be set as the home page.  When this capability becomes available, the behavior of dropping multiple URLs should be updated to use the entire set of dropped addresses to create a tab group.

Developers: if you have a patch in hand for one of these bugs, you may pull the bug back to 1.6 *at that point*.

This bug has been buried in the graveyard and has not been updated in over 5 years. It is probably safe to assume that it will never be fixed, so resolving as WONTFIX.
