User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win 9x 4.90; en-US; rv:1.8.1.2pre) Gecko/20070111 SeaMonkey/1.1
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win 9x 4.90; en-US; rv:1.8.1.2pre) Gecko/20070111 SeaMonkey/1.1

In Link Properties dialog box, when I choose a named anchor from drop down list, OK button remains grayed out and will not respond. I need to copy the anchor name, choose a file, then replace the chosen file with the named anchor. SeaMonkey 1.06 did not do this, but started having this problem with 1.07.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Ctrl L
2.Select a named anchor
3.OK box is grayed out.
Actual Results:
Click on grayed out OK box. Nothing happens.

Expected Results:
Create link <a href=#top>top</a> for example.
Named anchor including the "#" sign appears to be the problem, preventing the OK button from being enabled.

Workaround:
1. Ctrl L.
2. Select a named anchor.
3. Delete the "#" from its name.
4. OK button is enabled.
5. Click OK.
6. View HTML source and add back in the #.
User-agent: Thunderbird v 2.0.0.4

In Link Properties dialog box, when I choose a named anchor from drop down
list, OK button remains grayed out and will not respond.

However, if I simply add any character to the anchor (even a space) the OK button restores and functions normally. (of course, I remove the added character/space before clicking OK button)

note: this bug/fix is discussed here: http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?t=420422
