Details

Request for specifying "type" for a bugzilla item. In most commercial enterprise level bug tracking systems like Rational ClearQuest, Borland StarTeam, Mercury Testdirector etc. system allow user to create not only just bugs (or defect), but also other items like Enhancement, Issues, Scope Change, Requirement, Support(Admin) request etc. I know in bugzilla we can create Enhancement request by changing bug Severity. But that solution (work around) take away the ability to specify a level for Severity of an Enhancement request. So please add a field called "Request Type" which can take values like * Issues * Defect * Enhancement * Feature request * Admin Support * Scope Change * Requirement etc.... The field also should be available at advance search.
