After opening a window / tab with a flash video element (eg. YouTube, Dailymotion etc.), keyboard input is ignored when entering back into another open window / tab, and requires exiting the program (eg. clicking the Desktop to enter Finder), and reopening Firefox (eg. by selecting an open window / clicking the Dock icon) to allow keyboard input to reoccur.
