When Minefield is on the secundary monitor, popups are not displayed.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Drag the window to the secundary monitor
2.Click any menu
Actual Results:  
The popup is not displayed. 
When the window is split, and the largest part is on the primary monitor, popups are displayed on that screen only.

Expected Results:  
The menu apears at the mouse position.
