Repro:
1) Linux FC6: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.8.1.2) Gecko/20070208 Firefox/2.0.0.2
2) Edit > Preferences > Advanced > Encryption > Verification button
3) Verify the dialog window is clipped off at the bottom
** Repros on Linux only. See attachment
Expected:
- Verification window is not clipped off
Actual:
- Verification dialog is clipped at the bottom

I'm seeing "Validation" wherever you see "Verification" and I'm not seeing the clipping. This on a fresh build from mozilla-central.
