Attachment: Updated version of community/intl/index.html page

This version of the pages removes the bad links mentioned in the original bug report.  It also makes the following changes:

Removes:
bosnian http://www.qssbh.com/
georgian http://www.gia.ge/

Updates links for:
estonian and swedish sites based on redirects from original URLs

Adds new links for:
brazilian portuguese, icelandic, irish, sardinian, galician and vietnamese sites

Also adds links to the Mozilla China, Mozilla Europe and Mozilla Japan affiliates and tweaks the intro text.

Many of these links are still out-dated and I imagine this list is still incomplete, but at least the broken links are gone.

If there are no comments or suggestions for other changes to make, I'll check this in in a day or two.

The International page has been updated and the broken and unrelated links have been removed, so I'm closing this as fixed.  I think there's still room for improving this page by making it more comprehensive and getting the community more involved in updating and expanding the content, but that's probably for another bug.
