Details
If a form has changed and a user is clicking on a hyperlink (rather than a submit button), the user is likely to loose their changes. This can be prevented for users with JavaScript enabled by warning them that their form has been changed but not saved and gives them the option to abort navigating away to save changes first.
Granted, this is not an easy change to make, however, it seems important especially for users that don't necessarily know that clicking on a hyperlink doesn't save changes. I still run into that a lot more than I'd like to and I've been known to make that mistake myself on rare occasion.
