I've seen several instances where images displayed as part of the Firefox UI are displayed wrong.
They look the same as when there's a problem with -moz-image-region
(the entire source image is displayed, rather than just the desired regoin).
It occurs both with the default theme and with other themes as well.
Several examples:

These are all happening with Fx 2.0.0.1 on Win98. I haven't seen this problem on XP.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use Firefox 2.0.0.1 on Win98
2. Install LocationBar2, restart. Problem is seen in the location bar.
3. Install Splash extension, restart. Open Options window for Splash. Problem is seen in the icons across the top.
4. Install older version of Aluminum Alloy theme, restart. Problem is seen in location bar and in Options window.

Theme and extension issues are problems to be solved by the extension creator.
