I verified the problem, so submitting from n.p.m.layout newsgroup:

I'm having a problem with a site in Netscape 6.0b1. It works in Netscape
4.72 and Internet Explorer 4.0. The problem is that in Netscape6 you
can't press/activate the link on the site. The layer is in the way, even
if it's hidden. Is this a bug in the Preview version?
