These links Images, Groups, News link to non existent pages on the Mozilla servers. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.set homepage to Firefox default (if needed) 2.goto homepage 3.select one of Images, Groups, News Actual Results: the links direct to these pages which don't exist: http://images.mozilla.com/imghp?client=firefox-a&rls=org.mozilla:en-GB:official&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&hl=en&channel=s&tab=wi&q= http://groups.mozilla.com/grphp?client=firefox-a&rls=org.mozilla:en-GB:official&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&hl=en&channel=s&tab=wg http://news.mozilla.com/nwshp?client=firefox-a&rls=org.mozilla:en-GB:official&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&hl=en&channel=s&tab=wn Expected Results: links go to google's search pages for Images/groups/news non-existent links on Firefoxes homepage makes us look bad (In my opinion at any rate)
I've verified your bug when browsing from (as an example) http://en-gb.start2.mozilla.com. However, the URL http://www.google.co.uk/firefox delivers valid links for Images, Groups and News. Can you reply with the URL that is served for you after you take step 2 (go to homepage) in your initial bug report?
Firefox 2.0.0.2 does use the start2. URIs for it's homepage. The start2 URLs don't seem to redirect, while the start. URLs do. Moving to Server-ops.

*.start2.mozilla.com is a CNAME in DNS to www.google.com. It's all hosted on Google's servers. If there's any issues, the partner liaisons will need to deal with it.
