http://tinyurl.com/2gmt4v Between 2007-02-24 and 2007-02-25 Txul on "Linux bl-bldlnx01 Dep argo-vm test perf", the Txul measurement jumped ~12% (from ~640ms to ~720ms.) From the checkins, it looks like it was caused by bug 371460.

Eli, news on this? This one worries me. 12%??
-'ing. We're 30% faster on Txul on linux right now. If someone can find this regression, Yay.. but not going to block the release.

Well, if we're 30% faster, I guess this should become worksforme? But shouldn't it still become/remain blocking1.9+?
I'm going through and marking old performance regression bugs as INCOMPLETE that are likely too old to be valid or get any traction on them. Please re-open if you have more information or can demonstrate the regression still exists.
