We're going to replace our custom-rolled search fields with native ones (bug 357560 and bug 330666), but not in the 1.1 timeframe.  A user has helpfully provided us with icons that look more like the ones used native search fields (most noticeably in that they're smaller), and I think we should use them until we can fully NSSearchFieldify the app.

To see the current difference, Cmd-B and compare the magnifying glass in the bookmarks manager with the one in the toolbar search field.  Gratingly different.
