We will be adding several bugs here and want to avoid spamming the 360493 list.

None of these bugs have anything to do with bug 360493 (and bug 263387 was filed 2 years before it), and they don't really have anything in common at all, other than you're the reporter of all of them. Since you can use a Bugzilla query to get the list of bugs that you've filed, I'm not sure what the point of this bug is.
I am attempting to keep these specific bugs grouped. This is all of them now. If the meta bug idea is not appropriate then it's no loss.

tracking bugs are way better than sticking multiple problems in a single bug or reopening a "fixed" bug to add variants or unfixed edge cases. Once a bug contains more than one narrow and well-defined problem the odds of it getting fixed completely or correctly (or even at all if the problem definition gets too vague) go way down. Parts of the problem might not get fixed, and if fixed might not be completely tested.

Thanks for filing this bug and adding dependencies. However since the problems covered by this bug are much wider than bug 360493 ever was lets modify its title to not mislead what this but or bug 360493 is about.
Summary: [meta] Password Management Problems Left Over From Bug 360493 → [meta] Password Management Problems
Almost every bug under this umbrella has been closed (usually INVALID/WONTFIX), so I don't see any reason to keep this metabug around for the last couple of bugs it touches.
