config.ini doc is out of date. we have a lot of new key and values not clearly documented. Getting this docment up to date will help mozilla effort and Tina's doc. :-)

We've made even *more* changes recently. Without this documented it's impossible to QA and extremely difficult to keep the three native installer stubs in sync. Not to mention the difficulties for others relying on our stuff.
