Scrollbar after going to the page
Start Mozilla and maximize it.
Now go to:
http://dmoz.org/Reference/Dictionaries/Language/
and watch the scrollbar. It seems to not get rendered correctly.
It's impossible you dont switch application inbetween.

Actually It seems more like an scrollbar update problem, bacause if you switch
to another application after see the wrongly rendered scrollbar and the switch
back, the scrollbar looks ok.

I couldn't repro this on 2000042708, but I think it's a dup anyways. Sounds
like 34218, reopen if you disagree
