Large number of bookmark entries are not displayed properly

Details
If there are more bookmark entries than can fit on the vertical height of the
screen, the bottom ones will be cut off when the user tries to view their
bookmarks. In netscape 4.x, this is handled by showing bookmarks in a two-
column format and if there still is not enough room, having a 'More
bookmarks...' option at the bottom. In IE, this is handled by showing 'scroll
buttons' at the top and bottom of the bookmark list. The two-column netscape
system is better, imho.
