37449 - Crash when I close Sidebar if Customize(Search) dialog is open

I see this on linux build (2000042709)

Install and launch the browser
Click on Seatch tab in Sidebar to open it.
Click on the "Customize" button at the bottom to open a window
Now, Close Sidebar using View->Sidebar
Observe that the Customize window goes grey and trying to close it or clicking 
on any menu crashes the browser.

Expected: Browser should not crash if window remains open and Sidebar is closed.

could not repro on 2000042708 win98...possibly a pp, can anyone with mac verify?
