Spun off from bug 374417, the summary pretty much says it all. For parity with bookmarks, we probably ought to allow users to set History as the dock menu if they wish.
Confirming per pink on IRC. If people are this masochistic, we shouldn't stop them, and it has the potential to be really useful for people who keep a fairly small history.
