When I take my laptop to work, I plug into the network and then change "Network Location" to start using the work proxy via their PAC file. Doing this no longer works in 1.1b but did work in the alpha branch. Switching from Auto->Work->Auto->Work does do the trick so the severity (for those that know) is not too bad.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use the mac default Automatic network location.
2. Connect to a network that requires the use of PAC file to get internet access.
3. Create a network location that uses the PAC file.
4. Switch to that location.
5. Try to access internet. Broken.
This has been an issue that no single production version of Camino has ever got fully working. The alpha 1.1 branch is the only version that has ever completely worked in all edge cases. If you need someone to test this, I would be more than happy to oblige.
This sounds like it might be bug 327599.
Fixed in 1.5RC2
