I have Adblock Plus installed. Deactivated "Exclude Browser Files", can see overlay.js from Adblock Plus in the list. However, nsAdblockPlus.js (XPCOM component) doesn't show up even though files included from it (like policy.js or data.js) do. According to the report I got components are only visible after autoregistration but not once you've restarted your browser - I didn't test this.
Please try closing and re-opening Venkman after unselecting the Exclude option. Also, do try restarting Firefox; both are important to isolating whatever problem you are seeing.
Both do not change anything - I still don't see nsAdblockPlus.js in the list even though policy.js is there. PS: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.3) Gecko/20070309 Firefox/2.0.0.3
In that case, it's a almost certainly a bug below Venkman - i.e. the file isn't been reported as being loaded.
Probably. I just tried it in Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9a3pre) Gecko/20070318 Minefield/3.0a3pre and there it is exactly the other way round - nsAdblockPlus.js is visible *unless* we had an autoregistration.
I have a similar problem like Wladimir Palant. :::: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.3) Gecko/20070309 Firefox/2.0.0.3
Could you (and anyone with the problem) give the version of Venkman they are using, and the source they got it from?
(In reply to comment #6) > Could you (and anyone with the problem) give the version of Venkman 0.9.87 from https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/216/
Same here.
I have the same problem. It began this morning after updating Venkman to version 0.9.87.3. Previously I had 0.9.87.2 and it worked fine.
Forgot to mention, the problem appears with Firefox 2.0.0.12. With Firefox 3.0b4 there seems to be no problem.
