As you can see in the example page, when you move your mouse over a link to the outside of the page area (i.e. from the page to a toolbar) the link stays in hovered state, which affects both, css and javascript. This does not happen with Firefox
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. hover the link
2. move mouse to outside of the webpage area without hovering anything but the link
Actual Results:
the link did not lose hover state
Expected Results:
the link should have lost hover state
works in firefox

I can't find a dup (I thought there was one, but I was probably thinking of the cursor issues in bug 325558), so confirming.
Status: UNCONFIRMED → NEW
Ever confirmed: true
I think this is actually a dupe of a Core bug that's been fixed on the trunk for a year or so (this is indeed fixed on the trunk).
