This preference is removed in 2.0, or I can't find it. I want this option restored since it enables me to use sites that use cookies (ie, most sites) while at the same time blocking cookies from ad servers. Note that with this option you're not really blocking cookies form ads-server anymore - they have found a way around this pref many years ago. It has become useless, see bug 324397.
