While setting a cookie in firefox, i noticed that firefox take the time in the expires field as it is and do not convert it to GMT.
for example if i send:
Set-Cookie: CUSTOMER=abc; domain=www.xxx.com path=/; expires=Wednesday, 26-MAR-2007 23:12:40 GMT

the cookie will expire on my computer at 23:12:40 . firefox will not set a new time based on the GMT.

reporter, what timezones are your a) client computer and b) server computer (if it's different) set to? were the current time settings of both computers correct at the time of your report (and if you're not sure, can you verify that and still reproduce the bug)?

also, how far ahead of the current time of both computers was the expiry time you specified?

The bug is quite old(9 years ago) and no further date from reporter(comment 3 and comment 4).  Since it's not reproducible, shall we close this bug?
