the count of bugs for each keyword reflects closed and invalid bugs

Details
It should not. In most other cases, the bugzilla UI automatically filters out closed and invalid bugs. It is anomalous for it not to be done here.
For example, the entry for the 'testcases' keyword shows over 10,000 bugs. If one actually looks at the real bugs with this keyword, though, it comes up with less than 3000 bugs. This is quite a difference.
