Preed informed me that we are not installing Buildbot on the 1.8.0 tinderboxes anymore, changing bug title accordingly.

I've installed Buildbot on prometheus-vm.
I installed recent versions of Python 2.5, Twisted, and Zope-Interface as well. They're all residing in /builds.
There's a script (/home/cltbld/buildbot-env) to setup the environment; I didn't put it in the .bash_profile because I wasn't sure if Python is used elsewhere.

I ended putting the env in .bash_profile. I'll revert it if anything breaks.
