375865 - Update cs locale for Sunbird 0.5 / Lightning 0.5 release

Hi,

the cs locale was shipped with 0.3.1 release and is listed in 
http://lxr.mozilla.org/mozilla1.8/source/calendar/locales/shipped-locales

According to the l10n tinderbox http://tinderbox.mozilla.org/Mozilla1.8-l10n-cs/ the locale is not yet updated for the 0.5 release.

I'd like you to update your locale so that it can ship with the next release or resolve this bug Wontfix.

The locale had been pretty much updated until it was broken yesterday by introducing one new string in bug 374757. Though it is fixed by now.
