375867 - Update eu locale for Sunbird 0.5 / Lightning 0.5 release

Hi,

the eu locale was shipped with 0.3.1 release and is listed in 
http://lxr.mozilla.org/mozilla1.8/source/calendar/locales/shipped-locales

According to the l10n tinderbox http://tinderbox.mozilla.org/Mozilla1.8-l10n-eu/ the locale is not yet updated for the 0.5 release.

I'd like you to update your locale so that it can ship with the next release.

 it was due to the last late-l10n string change in the English file:

calendar-event-dialog.dtd

 it has been already fixed !!

Unfortunately another late-l10n checkin was necessary for Bug 379462, see [http://groups.google.de/group/mozilla.dev.l10n/msg/a32d3bf5974652e1] and [http://groups.google.de/group/mozilla.dev.l10n/msg/08308c11c3594504].

timezones.dtd fixed !!
