When adding an event invitation received from an outlook user, it is sometimes the case that it will display with the incorrect time on both the agenda and the Calendar view. However alarms that are triggered by the event will go off at the correct time.

Actual Results:  
This will display as occurring at 7:00 PM if your calender is set to display at pacific daylight time. However it will alarm (Correctly) at 12:00.

Expected Results:  
Both the Alarm and the Display should trigger at the correct time:

This is due to a foreign timezone definition and will be handled in bug 314339. the difference with or without doublequotes was fixed already prior to bug 357252 comment 1.
